বাতিলকরণ এবং ফেরত
ক) অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যটি ডেলিভারির সময় আমাদের ওয়ার-হাউসে না থাকলে Salextra.com.bd কর্তৃপক্ষ তিন কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করতে পারে।
খ) যদি গ্রাহক পণ্যের স্টক পুরনের জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে সম্মত হন, তাহলে অর্ডারটি সর্বোচ্চ 14 দিনের জন্য খোলা/প্রসেসিং/হোল্ড অবস্থায় থাকতে পারে।
গ) ধারা (ক) এর ক্ষেত্রে, যদি গ্রাহক ইতিমধ্যেই অর্ডারের বিপরীতে অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদান করে থাকেন, তবে গ্রাহক সম্পূর্ণ অর্থ ফেরত পাবেন, যদি অর্ডারটি কোনো ক্যাশব্যাক না পায় বা কোনো অফার/প্রচারণার অধীনে না থাকে। প্রাপ্ত হলে, ক্যাশব্যাক/অফারের পরিমাণ রিফান্ডের পরিমাণের সাথে সমন্বয় করা হবে। রিফান্ডে ১৪ কার্যদিবস পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।
ঘ) অর্ডার কনফার্ম হয়ে গেলে, যদি গ্রাহকের অনুরোধে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হয় এবং অনলাইনে পেমেন্ট করা হয়, salextra.com.bd টাকা ফেরত দেওয়ার সময় অনলাইন পেমেন্ট লেনদেন প্রক্রিয়াকরণ ফি চার্জ করবে।
প্রত্যাবর্তন/প্রতিস্থাপন গ্যারান্টি নিম্নোক্ত শর্তাবলীর মধ্যে প্রযোজ্য নাও হতে পারে
ক) ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে বা দুর্ঘটনাক্রমে পণ্যের যে কোনো শারীরিক ক্ষতি আছে।
খ) পণ্যের ত্রুটির কারণে সরঞ্জাম ক্ষতি
গ) ব্যবহারযোগ্য/অননুমোদিত আইটেম যা ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে বা ইনস্টল করা হয়েছে
ঘ) পণ্যের সিরিয়াল / UPC নম্বর না থাকলে।
ঙ) কোনো ক্ষতি/ত্রুটি যা প্রস্তুতকারকের ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় নেই
চ) কোনও পণ্য যা সমস্ত আসল প্যাকেজিং এবং সরঞ্জাম ছাড়াই ফেরত দেওয়া হয়, যেমন বাক্স, প্রস্তুতকারকের প্যাকেজিং যদি থাকে, এবং অন্যান্য সমস্ত আইটেম যা মূলত সরবরাহ করা পণ্য(গুলি) এর সাথে অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকে।
যদি পণ্যের প্রতিস্থাপন salextra.com.bd -এ পাওয়া না যায়, গ্রাহক কে অর্থ ফেরত করা যেতে পারে বা গ্রাহক অন্য পণ্য নিতে পারে। সেক্ষেত্রে পরিবর্তিত পণ্য কি হবে তা গ্রাহক এবং salextra.com.bd উভয় পক্ষের সম্মতিক্রমে নির্ধারণ করা হবে। পণ্য ফেরতের জন্য শিপিং চার্জ বা কুরিয়ার খরচ অ-ফেরতযোগ্য।

If an area is not listed in our menu of locations, then it implies that we are currently not providing service in that area. Even if your city is mentioned in our list of locations but your particular neighborhood is not listed in our list of areas, then it is likely that we are not yet offering our services in your area. Our fleet of professional delivery personnel & third-party courier partners work tirelessly to fulfill all home deliveries & nearest point pickups. Customers are required to answer our phone calls to enable us to complete a successful delivery.
We deliver products within 2 to 5 working days in Dhaka City and outside Dhaka within 2 to 7 working days.
