How to place an order

পাঁচটি ধাপ, দুই মিনিটের কাজ। অনলাইনে করতে না চাইলে ফোন করলেই আমরা অর্ডারটি বসিয়ে দেব।

1. 1

   আপনার নাম ও মোবাইল নম্বর লিখুন

   Enter your name and mobile number

   মোবাইল নম্বর দেওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক — ডেলিভারির আগে আমরা এই নম্বরেই ফোন করি। ইমেইলটি ঐচ্ছিক, তবে দিলে রসিদ ও ট্র্যাকিং লিংক মেইলে চলে যাবে।

   The mobile number is required — it is the number we call before delivery. Email is optional, but worth adding: your receipt and tracking link go there.

2. 2

   জেলা ও এলাকা বেছে নিন, তারপর বাসার ঠিকানা লিখুন

   Choose your district and area, then type your street address

   তালিকা অনেক লম্বা। বাক্সটিতে চাপ দিয়ে নামের প্রথম কয়েকটি অক্ষর টাইপ করলেই খুঁজে পাবেন।

   Both lists are long. Tap the box and type the first few letters — it filters as you type.

   কিছু বলার থাকলে নোটে লিখুন (ঐচ্ছিক)

   Add a note if there's anything we should know (optional)

   যেমন গেটের নম্বর, পাশের পরিচিত কোনো জায়গা, বা কখন ফোন করলে সুবিধা হয়।

   A gate number, a nearby landmark, or the best time of day to call.

4. 4

   পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি বেছে নিন

   Choose how you want to pay

   সবচেয়ে সহজ হলো ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি — পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর ডেলিভারিম্যানকে টাকা দেবেন।

   Cash on Delivery is the simplest — you pay the rider when the parcel reaches you.

5. 5

   “Place order” বাটনে চাপ দিন

   Press the Place order button

   বাটনটি ধূসর মানে উপরে কিছু বাকি আছে। বাটনের ঠিক নিচে কী কী বাকি তা লেখা থাকে।

   A grey button means something above is still missing — the list right under it says what.
