  • XTRACARE Extended Warranty Plan membership is powered by SaleXtraLimitedinconjunctionwithitsthirdpartysuppliers / serviceproviders
  • Your membership begins on the date of purchase of this membership but extended warranty service eligibility period will be 12 months post expiry of manufacturer's warranty
  • You must provide complete and accurate data at the time of set-up of yourmembership
  • ShouldyouhaveanyqueriesaboutthesetermsandconditionsoryourMembership,you can contact Us by telephoning on 01810008810(10 AM to 7 PM,Everyday)
  • You can purchase the membership along with any Motorola smartphone at the time of Device purchase only
  • As part of the XTRACARE membership, you will be offered the followingbenefits:

o    Single numberassistance:ForanyassistancerelatedtoyourXTRACARE membershipbenefits including claims related assistance

o    Complimentary Extended Warranty*

  • As part of the XTRACARE Extended Warranty Plan Membership, you will be enrolledintoacomplimentary extended warrantycoverforprotectionof your mobile device as an insured beneficiary for under the Group Policy taken by SaleXtra Limited for its customers
  • You will be eligible for the repair of the mobiledevice which covers mechanical & electrical breakdown up to device price for 12 months post expiry of manufacturer's warranty (coverage same as that provided as part manufacturer’s warranty). Device can be repaired from brand Authorised Service Centre only.
  • You must inform about damage incident by calling XTRACARE hotline (daily 10:00am to 7:00pm) within 24 hours of the incident bycalling
  • If any repair is done from any un-authorized service centre, you will not be eligible to get service under theoffer
  • *Thecomplimentaryextended warrantycoverisprovidedby Reliance General Insurance Company. Please read the detailed terms and conditions for anyqueries
  • For claiming the extended warranty service, you will have to make payment of the repair/service charges at authorised service centre and submit a claim to XTRACARE along with required documents (specified by XTRACARE). XTRACARE will submit the documents to insurance company who will process the claim.
  • Once the membership is purchased, it cannot be cancelled. No refund will be offered to you in case of cancellation
  • The Plan cannot be availed in case of return or refund of the device with which the Plan was purchased
  • By availing this Plan, you hereby provide your consent and allow Salextra Limited ("SaleXtra") to disclose / share your information (except any of your sensitive personal information) to/with XTRACARE, to enable XTRACARE to provide you the benefits as set out herein. All your information will be treated by SaleXtra in accordance with SaleXtra's Privacy Policy
  • This Plan is governed by the terms and conditions shared with you upon activation of the Plan. The Plan terms have been provided by XTRACARE and displayed by SaleXtra on an 'as-is' basis

Terms And Condition ( Universal )

* In case of COD, any order with value BDT 5000 or above customer must pay 10% of the order value in advance in order to confirm the order.
* Advance can be paid through Bkash or Nagad to the company merchant account after consultation with the concerned person from customer service.
*Salextra reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any of the existing offers, campaign or process without any prior notification and shift to a new one.
